A branded email signature designed for Ardendorff, produced print-ready and fully aligned to the brand system.

The brief
Every staff member had a different signature u2014 different fonts, sizes, logos and disclaimers u2014 undermining the brand on thousands of emails a month.

Our approach
We designed a single lightweight HTML signature that renders identically in Outlook, Gmail and Apple Mail, then produced a per-person generator so details can be swapped without breaking the layout.
