If you have an internet marketing agency, you should always encourage your customers to always add real reviews and feedback to their website to give the validation that they provide excellent service. The willingness to post good customer reviews and comments on a website is a clear signal to the visitors of your website that your business is customer focused and will definitely work to create a positive buying experience.

Third party services: Another solution is to use a trusted third party service to contact your recent customers and interview them by an email or phone survey. Some of these services will have you add a website widget to your website and then they can add their reviews and testimonials to your website with ease.
